April 2026 - The Powervalve 200
PowerValve 200
Hello from the team at Victory!
Last month we launched the PowerValve 200 – A 200 watt Class D power amp featuring our VRC circuit which includes an EF91 valve for authentic tone and feel…
We designed the PowerValve 200 with digital/pedalboard/preamp users in mind, to provide them with the type of power and tone Victory are known for, and also allow them to use a guitar speaker cabinet rather than having to settle for FRFR equivalents. We really feel we have bridged the gap between digital and valve!
When we launched the PowerValve 200 in early March, we even collaborated with Neural who had already tried it before launch. They’re enthusiasm and positive comments about using it alongside the Quad Cortex were exactly what we wanted to hear:
“The PowerValve 200 from Victory Amplifiers genuinely exceeded our expectations. The response, feel, and tone—especially when paired with the Quad Cortex—were outstanding. We were particularly surprised by how effective the compact 1×12 lunchbox cab was; the Celestion 70/80 sounded fantastic with IRs on or off. With the flip of a switch, the added tube stage (VRC) delivers an immediate, audible improvement to the signal. This is a seriously impressive piece of kit, and one we’ll continue using internally across a wide range of marketing applications.”

Did anybody catch Steve Rothery on That Pedal Show?
If so then you would have seen him using the new MKX and it sounded killer!
